Biography
Anala Padmanabha, is a leader in the People & Organizational Performance Practice. She delivers growth, innovation, and organizational agility and is an expert on culture change, leadership development, team effectiveness, capability building, and transformation. She also works extensively with clients to drive organizational effectiveness at pivotal moments—such as merger, strategic shift, and crisis—and lead large-scale performance improvement programs integrating strategic, operational, and cultural initiatives.
Anala’s consulting journey began with EY as senior consultant majoring in Mergers and Acquisitions. Being a Chartered Accountant gave her further insights into international business and relations. This exposure took her to work with IDA and other international organizations associated in fostering a healthy culture, Diversity, Inclusion and a holistic growth oriented economy. McKinsey offered Anala a platform to build sustainable human development and performance models along with powering the learning and development engine of many organizations, Governments, Non-Profit Organizations to name a few.
Anala is also the founder director of a real estate Development firm in Benagaluru, which aims at building ESG and sustainable buildings. Featured by the Architectural digest, this award winning firm has projects all over India and aboard, aiming at building sustainable and Environmental friendly projects.
Anala is an active volunteer at Isha Foundation, a trained classical singer, a yoga practitioner and meditator, an avid reader, a certified scuba diver, a teacher and loves spending time with students. She thinks that the future leadership should be that of inclusion and responsible.
