Anuradha Razdan

Anuradha is a business focused HR leader with an international career. She currently serves as a member of the Management Committee of HUL as Executive Director HR and Chief Human Resources Officer, Unilever South Asia. She is also a member of the Unilever Global HR Leadership Team. Anuradha joined HUL as a Management Trainee in 1999 and spent the first 14 years of her career building diverse experiences in India after which she was seconded to Unilever’s headquarters in London for 6 years.

Whilst in London, Anuradha worked first as Executive Assistant to the former CHRO, and then as VP HR for the Home Care Division globally partnering members of the Unilever Executive. She has deep M&A experience and has also led the Talent Attraction agenda for Unilever globally, raising the company’s attractiveness to an all time high.

In her current role as CHRO, Anuradha is driving an ambitious and future focused People agenda, to build Talent and Capabilities for Unilever South Asia to win in the next decade. She is passionate about leadership development and is a strong voice advocating for more inclusive businesses and communities.

She is the Co-Chair of the FICCI Human Resources Committee and the Co-Convenor of the G20 EMPOWER Working Group on Corporate Women Empowerment.
