Kalpana Maniar

A senior professional in the Financial Services industry, Kalpana brings with her over three decades experience in implementing strategic business initiatives though use of technology. She is currently Director on the Board of two Edelweiss Group Companies. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Securities Law professional, Kalpana was in her recent role, leading the Information Technology function as the President and Group CIO with Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. During her career, she has worked in a senior capacity with companies such as Bombay Stock Exchange, Iflex Solutions and as an Independent Consultant to leading investment banks and stock broking companies on strategy, technology and business expansion. She has been volunteering with Isha Foundation and other NGOs for over 15 years and devotes her time on various Isha social outreach initiatives. She is involved in the Rally for Rivers project for the revival of Waghadi River in Yavatamal through SPV with the Government of Maharashtra.
