Arvind (61 years) is the Founder & Chairman of Technopak Advisors. Having started its operations in January 1992, Technopak is one of India’s leading management consulting firms focusing on 4 key sectors that include consumer products and retail, textiles and apparel, packaged food & food services, and education & skills development.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from IIT-Roorkee, India (1979) that has also recognized him as a “Distinguished Alumnus”, India and an MBA from UCLA, USA (1982). Over the years, Arvind has been invited to speak at leading academic institutions and professional forums which include Harvard (USA), Wharton (USA), UCLA (USA), ESADE (Spain), various IIMs (India) and IITs (India), and the Vatican (Italy) to list a few. He also writes frequently for leading Indian and International publications with over 400 published pieces to date.
Arvind sits on several Boards (including some not-for-profit). He is currently on the statutory Boards of Welspun India, Greaves Cotton Ltd., Blue Star Ltd., Metro Shoes, and Premium Transmission Ltd.
Rajeev is an entrepreneur and investor in technology start-ups.
He along with his brother built one of India’s largest Security, Safety & Building Automation companies, which was acquired by Siemens. Subsequently, they have been focussed on building technology for Building (www.invicara.com) and Aviation (www.elenium.com) verticals.
Rajeev is an alumnus of Loyola College and University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
He was the founding President of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) in Chennai and served as the Regional Chair of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) in South Asia.
Rajeev is an Executive Committee member of The Chennai Angels, Board member & Trustee of Chennai International Centre (CIC) and Member of the Board of Management of Krea University. He also serves as the Honorary Consul of Ireland in Tamil Nadu and is an advisor to Chennai Volunteers (www.chennaivolunteers.org)
Former CEO, Indus League (brand division of Future Lifestyle Fashion) Rachna Aggarwal is currently advisor to Shoppers Stop, mentor at NSRCEL, IIM – BANGALORE, and founder angel investor with Angels 92.
Rachna completed her schooling and college in Kolkata, receiving a B Sc (Economics) from St. Xavier’s college and PGDM from IIMA in 1992.
During her seven-year stint with Madura Garments (a division of Coats Viyella Plc), she was Asst. Brand Manager for Van Heusen. Later, as Group Brand Manager, she introduced the concept of “Friday Dressing” to India through the successful launch of Allen Solly.
In April 1999, she left Madura Garments to join a team of professionals promoting Indus-League Clothing Limited (which later merged into Future Lifestyle Fashions) She served as CEO of Indus-League from 2008-2017, managing a diverse portfolio of brands including Indigo Nation, Jealous 21, Indigo Nation, Scullers, Manchester United, Converse, Giovani.
