Deepta is Co-Founder of IRIS Business Services (BSE: IRIS), a global regtech firm with clients in over 40 countries around the world, and a leader in the space of open data standards for financial reporting. Deepta has led and managed some of IRIS’ flagship products and key business lines over the past 30 years. She was part of a core team that drove IRIS’ business pivot from services to products 7 years ago, and is currently sponsoring the fastest growing business line in IRIS. Prior to IRIS, Deepta worked at American Express Bank and CRISIL. A graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Deepta has been profiled in the bestseller, ‘Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish’, which chronicles the journey of 25 entrepreneurs from IIM Ahmedabad. She was also featured as one of Navi Mumbai’s Power Women. Deepta enjoys reading, singing (and humming) and working with her teams at IRIS to help them in whatever way she can, as they blaze through new challenges in their professional journey each day.
