Kulbir, in a career spanning over three and half decades as a corporate leader, Executive Coach ( Certified in Stake Holder Centred Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith) & business consultant , has accumulated wealth of experience in diverse industries like KPO and BPO, automotive, consumer durables, beverages, gaming/lottery and garments. He has held significant P&L responsibilities and has nurtured large multi-location multi-cultural teams (15,000+). He has deep rooted background in Sales & Marketing in global and domestic markets for retail and institutional customers. In addition to this, he has excellent grounding in Finance & Commercial functions. He has created high performance organizations through empowered teams with his ‘intra-prenuerial’ bent of mind, passion for innovation, while simplifying complexity and striving for excellence.
Kulbir has led teams across large matrix global corporations like IBM, Prudential Group &Sitel India as well as large Indian industrial houses like TATAs, Eicher, Ballarpur and Zee group.
Kulbir holds graduate degree in Commerce and a MBA. Kulbir is married to Preeti who is a graphic designer & they are blessed with two lovely daughters.
