In a corporate career spanning 30 years, Ajay Kaul has worked at companies such as American Express, Lufthansa, TNT (India and Indonesia), and as a CEO of Jubilant FoodWorks for twelve years.

Jubilant FoodWorks operates Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts in India, and under Ajay’s
leadership became India’s largest and fastest-growing food service company, while India
became Domino’s largest market in the world (after the United States).

Ajay is now working in an advisory capacity with various companies having interests in India and abroad. His main role is that of a Senior Advisor with Everstone Capital Advisors. He also actively mentors a few startups in his personal capacity and through the Indian Angel Network.

He also founded a charitable trust to undertake socially responsible work.
Ajay has been recognized with the “Distinguished Alumnus of the Year” award by XLRI
Jamshedpur in 2014; “Outstanding CEO of the Year” award by CEO India Inc. in 2014; and as one of the “Top 100 CEOs in India” for 3 years by Business Today; The “Entrepreneur of the Year 2010” by Ernst and Young.

Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Delhi and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Anuroop (Tony) Singh is Founder Director of the Quantum Institute for Wellbeing
(www.tqiw.org), an international community promoting holistic and integrated
approaches to wellbeing, a personal endeavor to give back to society. He is a
qualified Chartered Accountant, has travelled widely, and currently consults with
socially responsible organizations across India, UAE, Europe, and the USA.
He is an experienced business leader and has been an independent member on
the boards of several leading companies. He has more than four decades of
executive experience in the financial services sector, including two decades as
Regional Chief Executive for various businesses such as American Express, Bank of
America, ANZ Grindlays Bank, and New York Life.

He has over 15 years of governance experience on the boards of several listed companies. He has served in various capacities as Chairman, Vice Chairman, and head of key committees including Risk, Audit and Human Resources.

Anuroop served as a member of the Board of Directors of SOS Children’s Villages.


Co-founder and CEO, PeopleStrong

Pankaj Bansal is the Co-founder and CEO of PeopleStrong, a leading HR and Workforce Technology company in Asia. Under his leadership, PeopleStrong has established various Workforce and HR Tech brands like Wheebox, Tagged, PeopleStrong Alt, Zippi – which have a user base of over 750 thousand. Before establishing PeopleStrong in 2005, Pankaj worked as a part of the founding team of Altran’s (formerly Aricent/Hughes Software) BPO division.

He is an active member of CII’s National Committee on Skills & Jobs, a non-Executive Director at Wheebox, and a Board member for Sheroes, the internet of women. He is the Co-Founder of Work10M (Work for 10 million people) a fund focusing on the new world of work and workforce and is the former Co-Founder of the HR Fund. Pankaj closely follows and talks about the trends shaping the world of work and jobs and is a prominent speaker at various national and international forums.


Managing Director & CEO, Greaves Cotton Limited

Nagesh A Basavanhalli is the Managing Director & CEO of Greaves Cotton Limited. Nagesh is a global executive with diversified automotive experience across several geographies-developing international markets for business and engineering services, driving profitable growth, strategic roadmap and M&A.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, India and a Master of Science from The University of Texas. He is an alumnus of the reputed Chicago Business School from where he completed his MBA (1998) and was awarded the prestigious “Booth India Business Leader – 2009”.

Nagesh has been associated in various senior leadership positions with FIAT Chrysler
Automobiles (FCA) for over two decades and served as the Managing Director and President for FCA India. He has additionally served as the Head of Chrysler Emerging Market offices.

Nagesh was also associated with ATG Tyres (KKR Portfolio company) as the Group President, Emerging Markets. Additionally, he has also served as the CEO at Hinduja Group of companies. He is currently on the Statutory Boards of Greaves Cotton Ltd., Premium Transmission Ltd. and Breach Candy Hospital Trust.

M. S. Unnikrishnan


Managing Director & CEO, Thermax Limited

M. S. Unnikrishnan is the Managing Director and CEO of Thermax Group, the energy and
environment solutions major. The company has a global presence and operates in the areas of heating, cooling, power, water and waste management, air pollution control and chemicals.

He is a passionate advocate of a sustainable ecosystem of innovation and technology for
national resurgence. He chairs the CII National Committee of Industrial Relations and is a
member of the Development Council constituted by the Ministry of Heavy Industries,
Government of India. He chaired the Capital Goods Skill Council Committee under the National Skill Development Corporation. He also chaired the Skills Working Group of the BRICS Business Council in 2016.

He is a member of the AICTE Jury Committee for annual ranking of technical and management institutes of the country and is also a Co-Chair of the Apex Council to implement the “Prime Minister’s Fellowship Scheme for Doctoral Research.” He has been honored with the “Asia Innovator Award” at the CNBC Asia Business Leaders Awards, 2012.

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur in 1982 and has completed his
Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, USA. Mr. Unnikrishnan is
known for his strategic and human relations skills and is a champion of green technologies.


Former Managing Director, IBM India Private Limited

Shanker Annaswamy was the Managing Director of IBM India Private Limited and the Regional General Manager of IBM in India/South Asia (2004-2012). He served as the Senior Advisor – India Enterprise (Jan 2013-Sep 2014). Before joining IBM, Shanker was the President and CEO for GE Medical Systems, South Asia and the MD of Wipro GE Medical Systems. He is currently on the board of HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), TransUnion CIBIL Limited (formerly Credit Information Bureau India Limited) and IndusInd Bank Limited as an independent director.

He has held positions of eminence in key industry forums. Shanker has conferred the “Best CEO – Multinational Company” award as part of Forbes India Leadership Awards 2011 for Transformational Leadership.
